The Departments of History and Gender, Women’s and Sexuality Studies (GWSS) at The University of Iowa invite applications for a historian of U.S. Women. Teaching duties for this joint position will include graduate/undergraduate courses in the successful candidate’s area of expertise, as well as core courses in both departments--such as Intro to GWSS, Feminist Theories, and the U.S. history survey. The search is open at the rank of tenure-track Assistant Professor. Candidates must have their PhD in hand by August 1, 2012.
