Senior Lecturer in Chinese Language

The Department of East Asian Studies at Princeton University invites applications for a full-time position as Senior Lecturer in Chinese, beginning September 1, 2012. Applicants must have native or near-native fluency in Chinese and an excellent command of English. They should have extensive experience teaching Chinese to English-speaking students at the college level; experience directing a language program is preferred (particularly one in which five levels of Chinese are offered). Our Chinese Language program enrolls approximately 260 students each semester. Ph.D. or Ed.D. is required. Salary is competitive.
