Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service is seeking applicants for a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in Intercultural Studies, to begin Fall 2011, which is a two-year position with the second year renewal contingent on a satisfactory annual review.
We are looking for a candidate whose scholarly program is focused on issues of interculturality, with a strong interest in relevant methodology and theory. Eligible applicants will have worked on topics that span more than one discipline in humanities and social sciences. A demonstrated facility with a second language, if related to the candidate's research, is desirable. The applicant must have a Ph.D. in hand before the date of entry for taking up the post-doctoral position.
You will also participate in Saint Louis University's academic and intellectual community by presenting the results of your research at symposia, colloquia, and faculty seminars, and assist the team in organizational matters.
