Ancient/Medieval Mediterranean World. The History Department at Boise State University invites applications for a tenure track assistant professorship in the history of the Ancient and/or Medieval Mediterranean World to start August 2011. Responsibilities include teaching our Themes in World History survey, upper division courses in the candidate’s field, and working with graduate students in our Master of Arts and Master of Applied Historical Research programs. Ph.D. by the beginning of the appointment, evidence of scholarly potential and a strong commitment to teaching are expected. Boise State University is an AA/EOE.
