The Department of History at Fordham University is seeking to hire a tenure-track assistant professor with a research specialty in U.S. Latino/Hispanic history. Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary programs (Latin American/Latino Studies, American Catholic Studies, Urban Studies, American Studies) desirable. Teaching responsibilities will consist of introductory courses in American history, and advanced undergraduate and graduate courses in the candidate’s field. The position will begin with the fall 2010 semester.
