Yeshiva University is renewing its search for a tenure-track assistant professor in American History beginning in September 2010. Field: open, although we would welcome someone with research interests in pre-20th-century history. Yeshiva is a Modern Orthodox institution that offers a liberal arts education in New York City. The successful candidate will divide his/her teaching between the two undergraduate men’s and women’s colleges (Yeshiva College and the Stern College for Women). We seek a flexible teacher-scholar willing to offer a wide variety of upper and lower-level undergraduate courses. 3/3 teaching load. Ph.D. and teaching experience required.
