Earlham College invites applications for a tenure-track appointment
at the assistant professor level in European history since 1800, with
a secondary field in Jewish history. Fields of interest include (but
are not limited to) gender, postcolonial studies, theory, or other
fields that will contribute to Earlham’s interdisciplinary programs.
The department seeks a candidate committed to teaching excellence and
liberal arts education. Responsibilities include teaching first-year
intensive writing courses, regular departmental offerings, and
courses in fields of specialization and/or interest. Requirements:
Ph.D. in hand or imminent. Send letter of application, c.v.,
