The Department of History and Geography at Northern Kentucky University invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor in Public History/Museum Studies beginning August, 2010. In addition to administrative duties to support NKU’s Public History graduate program, the successful candidate will teach graduate courses in Museum Studies as well as undergraduate general education courses. Ph.D. in History required. In addition, an MA in Museum Studies, Museum Education, Public History with a focus on museums, or at least three years of practical experience in the field is preferred.
