U.S. History, 19th-20th centuries. The Department of History at Boston College would like to appoint a scholar with expertise in the histories of non-European migrant and diasporic communities. We are particularly interested in scholars who focus on Asian, Latino, and/or Caribbean immigration. The successful candidate for this tenure-track position at the assistant professor level will offer broad and specialized courses in U.S. history at the undergraduate and graduate levels and will have an opportunity to participate in the Departments Modern History Core. Ph.D. required by August 2010. Please submit a letter of application, CV, article-length writing sample, and at least 3 letters of reference.
