Early America.The University of Notre Dame Department of History invites applications for a tenure-track position in early American history (to 1815) at the assistant professor level. Specialty open; the department particularly welcomes applicants working in the fields of the Atlantic World, slavery, gender, Native American history, and/or borderlands. Review of applications will begin on October 1, 2009.
