Lafayette College invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position in sub-Saharan African history to begin in the fall semester of 2009. Candidates should have completed the Ph.D. by the start of their appointment. Send a letter of application, a curriculum vitae, a chapter-length sample of scholarship, evidence of teaching qualifications, and three letters of reference to Professor Donald C.
