Experts discuss the surveillance operations being carried out by the US government on American citizens. Panelists are James Bamford, journalist noted for writing about United States intelligence agencies, especially the NSA; Jameel Jaffer, ACLU deputy legal director and director of the ACLU's Center for Democracy; and Rachel Levinson-Waldman, Counsel, Liberty and National Security Program, Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law School. Kenneth Roth, executive director of Human Rights Watch, will moderate.
