The 2012 David J. Langum, Sr. Prize in American Legal History/Biography has been awarded to Samuel Walker for his PRESIDENTS AND CIVIL LIBERTIES FROM WILSON TO OBAMA: A STORY OF POOR CUSTODIANS (Cambridge University Press, 2012).
