The American Association of Australasian Literary Studies (AAALS) invites paper proposals for its 2013 Annual Conference, to be held in Washington, DC, February 14-16, 2013, in conjunction with ANZSANA (Australian and New Zealand Studies Association of North America). The conference will be held at Georgetown University. An evening reception will be held on February 14, and conference sessions will take place on February 15 and 16. Papers addressing any aspect of Australian, New Zealand and South Pacific literary, film and cultural studies are welcome. Proposals from graduate and undergraduate students are encouraged. Presentations should be 20 minutes long. Please send 250-word proposals by 15 November 2012 to Nathanael O’Reilly, the conference program chair (firstname.lastname@example.org). Email submissions are preferred. Please label the subject line clearly.
