Mike Conlon of the University of Florida maintains this list of universities in the United States. The list aims to be comprehensive and is updated periodically. The only way to determine which schools have urban studies programs is to investigate each link.

The list is not comprehensive, but it does cover many major programs. Site not updated frequently, and many links have changed or disappeared since last site review.

Urban Design: Practices, Pedagogies, Premises - Master of Urban Design (Conference Proceedings)
This comparative report of Master's Degree programs in urban design was created for an April 2002 conference at Columbia University in New York City, New York. Eight major universities participated in the intensive program comparison. There is a wealth of detail on the vision, construction, and implementation of a Master's-level urban design degree program in the conference proceedings, documentation packages, questionnaires, and comparison report.
