The Southwest Texas Popular & American Culture Associations (SW/TX PCA/ACA) meet annually in February. This year, our 28th annual conference will be held in our wonderful host city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, February 13-16, 2008. Once again the beautiful downtown Hyatt Regency Hotel will serve as our conference headquarters. We are a viable organization with an outstanding reputation for professionalism and scholarly contributions for the study of popular and American culture. Our annual conference draws nearly one thousand participants. At the 2006 Conference, we had the pleasure of having attendees from all fifty states and over twenty foreign countries. We invite you to participate. Revenues derived from advertisements appearing in our official printed program benefit our graduate student awards program.
