Does anyone know of a history of the Imperial Tobacco Company -- especially its North Carolina activities? It had a plant in Greenville, NC in the 1930-50s. Thank you

I'm not sure of any history of the Imperial Tobacco Company, but I seem to recall some refernces to the company when looking through the Tobacco Workers International Union Papers in College Park, Maryland. I suppose there might be some refernces to the company in Janiewski's *Sisterhood Denied* on Durham and/or Korstad's UNC dissertation on Winston-Salem *Daybreak of Freedom*
