H-Southern-Industry is a continuation of the successful academic discussion list that was created to support the Southern Industrialization Project (SIP). The original SIP listserv began in January 1997 and currently has approximately 130 members from around the world who are interested in exchanging ideas and data about Southern industrialization. Suscribers will also receive announcements about SIP events as well as book reviews solicited by SIP.
