| Abstract: |
Each submitted manuscript must include an abstract of approximately 100-150 words that summarizes the content of the paper. Please include a list of keywords (up to five) in brackets at the end of the abstract for indexing. |
| Text: |
References (including personal communications) are placed within the body of the text, not in the notes. For each quotation or statement referred to, place citation in parentheses (author, year of publication, page number(s)). For all quoted materials exceeding four lines, indent five spaces from each margin. Citations should appear thus: (Smith 1983); (Jones 1997: 493) following standard AAA requirements. |

All notes must be in the form of endnotes. Endnotes must be relevant to the text and are numbered consecutively in the text by superscript numerals. |
| References Cited: |
The references section includes full citation to all work cited within the text. It must follow the text of the manuscript and precede the “notes” section (if used). It will be listed alphabetically by author’s last name, and chronologically if two or more articles by the same author are used. | Tables and Line Drawings: |
Should be incorporated into the text as a converted MS-Word or Rich Text document. If this is impossible, a clean copy on bright white 24 weight paper should be sent to the editor for incorporation in the text. Tables and line drawings that are incorporated into the text should also be sent as a hard copy to the editor, with any descriptive material attached, and numbered as they would appear in the text. The text should be CLEARLY MARKED with location of illustration and illustration should be clearly marked with a minimum of title, page, and reference. Preferably illustration will be indicated by: Table/Figure 1: Followed by exact text of description and relationship to text. All such submitted material should be clean copy using high contrast (not gray scale). |
| Photos and Figures: |
Should not be scanned into your document. Please send hard copies to the editor. The best quality reproduction is assured if photos and figures are submitted as transparencies. Lightly number photos with grease pencils on the back with your name and address. Please use self-adhesive paper labels to number/identify transparencies. The editor will determine the use of photographic material based on reproduction quality after submission. |
| Suggesting Reviewers: |
Authors may suggest up to five individuals with institutional affiliations as reviewers. The Journal, editor and editorial board are not bound by these suggestions. |
| Copies |
Please submit THREE copies of your manuscript on 8 ˝ x 11” paper. You must also submit an electronic copy in MS-Word or Rich Text. Your manuscript should not be under consideration elsewhere. Submission of materials does not guarantee publication. |
