Didier Fassin is James Wolfensohn Professor of Social Science at the Institute of Advanced Study of Princeton and Director of Studies in Anthropology at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales.

In the Heart of the State: The Moral Economies of Justice
The SAE has joined up with APLA to sponsor Didier Fassin as
the Douglass Distinguished speaker.
Didier Fassin’s talk, entitled "In the Heart of the State: The Moral
Economies of Justice," is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 18th, 6:15pm-7:30pm,
with the cash bar and buffet immediately following.
The SAE business meeting is scheduled 12:15pm-1:30pm earlier that same day.
A reception with cash bar will follow the distinguished lecture.
