an important aspect of Stirling's unique heritage as one of the best surviving
examples of early 20th-century Mormon settlement patterns in Western Canada.
Stirling is well known in Canada for its Mormon-style architectural features
and for its distinctive cultural landscape, but with "Stirling Speaks,"
the Library hopes to add a human touch to the relics and old homes and
farm buildings that dot the community.
