The annual meeting of the Michigan Archival Association (MAA) will be held at the Walter P. Reuther Library, Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan on June 24-25, 1999.

The Reuther Library, the Burton Historical Collection and National Automotive Histroy Collection at the Detroit Public Library, the Detroit Historical Museum, the Leonard N. Simons Jewish Community Archives of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit, the Jewish Historical Society of Michigan and Artpack Services, Inc., are helping to sponsor this year's events.

Registration

Registration includes all sessions, the workshop, archival tours, Thursday lunch and the Thursday evening lecture and reception. All sessions will be held at the Reuther Library. Thursday lunch will be held at the Detroit Historical Museum, and the Thursday evening lecture and reception will be held at the Detroit Public Library. Additional activities are available after the reception. Please register for all activities you would like to attend. Parking

Parking is available in the student parking structures. The structures require a plastic card to exit, which will be available at the conference registration desk. See this map for structure locations. Please indicate on the registration form if you will need a parking card. Lodging

Hotel St. Regis - Rooms may be reserved at the Hotel St. Regis, at a rate of $69 per night plus tax and overnight parking, by calling 1-800-848-4810 or (313) 873-3000. Please state that you are registering as part of the MAA Conference. The St. Regis is approximately one mile north of campus. Free shuttle transportation between the hotel and campus is available.
