I am looking for a gopher site or sites that will give me a listing of state statutes, particularly statutes related to HIV/AIDS. I am a graduate assistant and the professor for whom I work would like this information. I thought it was on-line somewhere, but I can't, for the life of me, find it. Am I mistaken in my assumption? If it does exist on-line, can you tell me where to find it?

Try UC Berkeley's Gay/Bi/Lesbian gopher. Last time I looked, they had all sorts of access to statistical stuff. If that doesn't pan out, Usenet has an AIDS group. ask there. Hope this helps.
