     Because of delays in getting the Winter Newsletter into the mail, the deadline for returning the ballot on the by-law amendments (p. 5 of the Newsletter) has been extended to April 16, 2007 (tax day).  You can also download the online version of the Newsletter, print out the relevant page (also p. 5), and mail that in:
