Subject: A house for rent in Miraflores, Lima, Peru

From: MAGGIE ZEGARRA <mzegarraf@cendoc-mujer.org.pe>
There is a house for rent in Miraflores at a price of a department. The house is between the 6th and 7th of "Roca y Boloña" Avenue in Urbanización Aurora, third block left, coming from "República de Panamá" (it is also seven minutes walk from a small shopping centre, where you could find a "Wong" food store). The house is close to various parks where neighbours like to exercise every morning. It has three bedrooms and a big study/family room, one and a half bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a dinning/sitting room facing a garden.
This house was (once upon a time) part of a big house, which was divided in two parts. The site, however, is very quiet most of the time.
The monthly rent is US$ 400 (four hundred dollars per month), plus one and a half month deposit in advance (US$600). Telephone, cable TV, water, electricity, and cleaning costs are not included in the price. It is fully furnished, has a washing machine, cable TV and a computer (internet service included in the telephone bill).
I will be out of the country from 31st of August through mid December, eventually end of December (A friend of mine, who speaks English and lives fifteen minutes driving distance from the house, will be in charge of it, in case you need to ask something about it).
