Housing Information for Traveling Researchers
Date: Wed, 06 Jun 2007
Name: Alessandra Russo

Description: Nice apartment in PARIS, 11e arrondissement, third floor, 54 m2: 1 big bedroom, a smaller second room, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with tub. All furnished and functional: washing-machine, microwave oven, normal oven, ventilators, printers, adsl, etc... The apartment is shaped in L, so the rooms are interconnected, perfect for a couple. It has five big windows, with nice flowers, view on private court.
The flat is very quiet and located on Amelot street, near Place de la République, at the intersection of 11e and 3e arrondissement. (5 metro lines)
We have a teaching contract at the Columbia University in NY City and intend to leave this summer. We could therefore rent from mid August to Mid/End May (if possible, we would like to come back in March for two weeks and maybe for Christmas).
The flat rent is actually 1400 euros, including all charges, water, electricity, and internet. Wifi is also normally active in this zone. If you are interested, we can send pictures and a plan of the flat.
