Hotel Dann Colonial on Calle
14 with Carrera 2 in the downtown Candelaria
district of Bogota has rooms for 15-20$ a night. Nearby, the Hotel Ambala
has rooms in the same range. Cheaper
hotels are a stone's throw away, however. I would recommend the Lonely Planet
