The International Organization for Masoretic Studies doesn't seem to be listed in any of the usual directories of Organizations, Conferences, or Research Institutes. But the proceedings of their 8th International Congress (Chicago:1988), were just published by Scholars Press. So you might contact Scholars Press, P.O. Box 15288, Atlanta, GA 30333.
