Statement of Purpose:
The American Association for the Study of Hungarian History was founded in 1970 for the purpose of furthering interest in Hungarian history and to encourage research in this field. The association also aims to cooperate with scholars and institutions with similar interests in Hungary and elsewhere in the world.
