The German Historical Institute, Washington, DC - Funding Guide
The GHI has published a very extensive and comprehensive guide of opportunities for funding, which was published in 2005 – while it is not that up to date any more, it is among the most comprehensive lists of funding resources for Americans and non-Americans. Latin American Studies Association
Has a good list/calendar of fellowships in all fields (not only related to Latin America), which is also accessible to non-members.

UC Davis Humanities Institute: Grants, Fellowships & Residencies
The UC Davis Humanities Institute supports the intellectual and professional development of graduate students in the humanities and humanistically-oriented social sciences. Our programs promote cross-disciplinary interaction among grad students and between grad students and faculty. We encourage active grad student participation in Research Clusters and other Institute programs and events. Additionally, we administer two different fellowship programs for graduate students, the Presidents’ Predoctoral Fellowship and the Research Assistantship in the Humanities.
