Does anybody out there know of some good articles or monographs that treat
the cultural revival of trizonal Germany after 1945 (to appr. 1960)?  I am
interested mostly in the theater, opera, and concert performance, less so
in the academies, publishing, the press, films, etc.  I would be much
obliged.
