Of related interested might be Helga Schubert: Judasfrauen. Schubert researched the lives of women still alvie in the GDR ca. 1988 who denounced neighbors and colleagues. Schubert interviewed some of them. She was trained as a psychologist but makes her living now through writing (including fiction).
