Rick McKinney's bibliography is quite comprehensive, but my
personal favorite is still missing: "Longtime Californ'" by
Victor and Brett De Barry Nee. It is an oral history of San
Francisco's Chinatown and a wonderful read as well as an
excellent teaching tool. Unfortunately, the last time I checked,
It was out of print.
