We use two things here, and both work well depending on what you are doing.
One quick solution is the graphing package that is shipped as part of
Excel (MS-Graph). The other thing that works well and has more options is
Kaliedagraph -- sold in MacWarehouse it's not too expensive and has about
every option you can think of from an analysis standpoint.
