Here's my opinion, for what it's worth:
Wrong goal. Throw out your goal of "technology curriculum" entirely.
Start with familiar territory and move gradually away to new territory.
Analyze what your current curriculum is. Then ask:
1. What resources do we need to enhance this curriculum?
2. Which of these resources become available if we use technology?
3. How can this curriculum be enhanced by using technology
as a tool to enable these resources?
4. Substitute "activities" for "resources" in steps 1-3.
And save #4 for the very last, and not before you are comfortable
and experienced with the results of questions 1-3.
4. What new curriculum goals can we add if we use technology?
