I wouldn't count on ISDN lines. 56K lines would do the job for most
schools. In fact it could just be a dialup to an AT&T switch somewhere.
At any rate, don't get too excited. They are just trrying to get a jump on
cable companies. And once the line is in, there will be a monthly charge.
I would look at it as a free installation and not much more.
