To read your friend's Web home page, you need to have Web access in your
Internet account. If you are using a text-besed Internet account, you
can use the "URL" feature in your Internet account (under WWW or Web) to
access your friend's home page. You have to enter the Web address given
by your friend to get on his/her home page. If you have a SLIP/PPP
account and a graphic brower, it will be much easier. All types of
SLIP/PPP accounts provide users with easy access to all Web sites.
Anyway, the easiest way to figure it out is to contact your Internet
acount provider.
By the way, I am glad to see a Chinese name on this listserv. I am a
Chinese, too.
