Pick a teacher with interest and potential to train and then
delagate the work from that point on. I do all of our lab network
admin, hardware and software setup etc., while a colleague has
assumed the role of teacher trainer, introductioin to the email end
of things. It works for everyone, and spreads the load.

It can be at times, and yes you may be. I have had one communications
machine for classes of thirty for several years. I am now in the
middle of configuring the network, (Novells Netware on an ethernet
LAN) for TCPIP and full access. I don't expect the labor to lesson.
