For a while at home we had a problem with the connection getting dropped.
Someone told us that it was from using those little connectors that divide
the line for 2 devices. (WE were using multiple ones at the time.) We
redid the way we were splitting up our phone lines and it improved
drastically. If you are using splitters it might be a contributing cause.
