I don't have the program PageMill, but I thought it was a web construction
program that kept you away from all HTML. In other words, you won't
understand HTML by using it, but you will be able to constuct web pages.
Help me if I'm mistaken, or if I misunderstood what you meant by "will
quickly allow you to develop the basics of HTML".
