The National Center to Improve Practice (NCIP) invites you to share your
knowledge and expertise with a community of educators who have a similar
interest in technology and students with disabilities.

Join NCIPnet, the telecommunications network of NCIP, and participate in
one or all of the eight facilitated discussions forums. Folders include:
Assitive Technology, Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC), Early
Childhood Technology, Inclusion, Software/Hardware, Views from the Field,
Community Connect, and NCIP Bulletin Board.

NCIP, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special
Education Programs, seeks to promote the effective use of technology to
enhance educational outcomes for students (preschool to grade 12) with
sensory, cognitive, physical, and social/emotional disabilities.

NCIP9s site contains facilitated discussion folders, a vast library of
resources, video products illustrating how students with disabilities use
a range of assistive and instructional technologies to improve their
learning, and more than 100 links to other websites dealing with
