Job Descriptions for Technology Coordinators?

Some of our school districts here in rural Illinois are beginning to
recognize the need for a technology coordinator other than that of a
classroom teacher.

I have been asked for job descriptions for technology coordinators for
elementary and high school positions. If you have one that you could share,

I could use examples of both certified and non-certified positions.
