I suspect most people won't know what "Informns (the Internet for Minnesota
Schools project) Internet Software" is, a suite of common internet software
provided by TIES (a service provider for Minnesota schools) as a service to
it's customers. It has been sometime but I think it included SLIP and an
appropriate script, Eudora light, and perhaps a WWW browser, telnet, and
other sofware.

Is your 5300 a desktop or PB 5300? What system version are you running? Are
you using MacTCP (probably) what version is it? If you upgraded the system
lately you may have gotten Open Transport installed......a no no for 5300
destops. Is this computer being used at school for dial-up to Ties?? What
other inits do you have that might be conflicting? Have you tried using
Conflict Catcher? or Extension Manager to turn off other extensions in an
attempt to isolate a conflict?
