These are good suggestions. QuestionMark is my favourite although it
won't do everything I would like it to. Other good ones are Test
Construction Set and LXR*Test. The last is quite comprehensive but not
as user-friendly as Question Mark.
A somewhat different package is
available from Campus America via the Southern Alberta Institute of
Technology (It was called Learning Management System but they have
changed the name recently). It combines a good testing package with a
system to manage delivery of such test on line for academic
institutions. I like it.
