Many people are developing what you call DesignWare. For example, we are
working under a Phase I US Dept. of Education Small Business Innovation
Research Award, developing curricula and tools for Internet Enhanced Science
Education for Visually Impaired Students. Information is found at
http://www.seeport.com (under the science education pages) or
ftp.seeport.com path is science_education directory.

We are currently putting the information on Internet so its a bit funky now.
