Depends on your communication software on your provider. With Pine you
can paste in a stored file (which you must have created or uploaded to
your storage space). The paste-in command is Control-r key combination
and then type in the name of the file or use control-t to go look through
your stored files.

Other software may have mouse-activated cut and paste functions.
The best thing for your situation is to fully edit the welcome message and
add your comments. Ask your provider how to do this.
