Response: At Ease for workgroups can be configured to work on a newwork or
with stand-alones. Obviously, you have to do the set up individually for
each stand-alone. When you do a setup you choose the applications that you
want to allow the students to use. If managed as a network these will be
the same although you can change them individually as you do with the
stand-alones. CD's can be configured to allow only specific CD's or any CD.
If part of the program has to be on the hard drive be sure to allow access
to it. One caution, if you got Apple bundles and have lots of copies of a
particular CD (example Groliers) you will probably want to allow access to
any CD otherwise you need to use the exact CD that you loaded on the hard
drive otherwise it will not allow access. Hope this helps.
