Printing Problem

I was hoping that someone could help me with a printing problems that I am
having in the program Kid Works 2. This problem only happens on an old LC
II in our computer lab. I try to print and I get the following message:

Sorry couldn't complete the operation because of a system error. (-28).

Does anyone have any idea what this means? Is there something that I can do
to correct this problem?
