Tech Coordinator Interview Questions

Hello! I am in a vocational school (11-12/adult) which is currently in the
process of creating a job description for a technology coordinator to be hired
this spring. The interview process will consist of several staff members
(admin and instructors) and at least 2 outside people (a-site staff member and
bd of ed tech person). This group will screen applicants down to the top 5
which will then go to the supt and the board.

My question is this - what would be some good questions we should be asking -
other than the basic knowledge of our existing network and computers? We want
to be very sure that the person we hire is the right person for the job -
someone who can break us out of our existing paradigms and carry us forward
with new ideas and possibilities.
