The answer can yes and no. Yes, if you purchase a network license
for 100 users. No, if you purchase a "limited" site license of 100
users. Most of the time .... (yea right) the licenses can be used on
the machines they were purchased for. Some software vendors are
generally straight forward with their licensing.
